Order preparation time is usually 5–7 business days, as each artwork is carefully created after your order is placed. Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, or TNT.

Shipping costs are included in the price, with no hidden fees at checkout. Applicable import taxes and customs duties are also covered in your purchase price for a smoother international delivery experience.

Canvas-only artworks may be shipped rolled in a durable hard paper tube. Small stretched or framed artworks are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard box, while large stretched or framed artworks may be shipped in a custom-built wooden crate for safer global transport.

VAELART offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible orders.

If you are not satisfied with your painting, you may return it in its original package and condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact support@vaelart.com to start the return process.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and artwork, then contact us within 48 hours. We will help arrange after-sales service, including a replacement or full refund when applicable.
